Vin Diesel is having a meeting with Marvel?
The star of The Fast and The Furious and Riddick franchises revealed on his Facebook page:
“Marvel has requested a meeting…no idea what for, hah you probably know better than me…”
Let the speculation begin!
Thanos! The big, bad, death worshiping Mad God of Titan was behind Loki and the Chitauri’s invasion of Earth in Marvel’s The Avengers. I picked Diesel as a great candidate to play Drax the Destroyer in Guardians of the Galaxy or Thanos way back when Marvel Studios Kevin Feige said Thanos would be recast for Avengers sequels. Dave Bautista is playing Drax. Diesel has the build, voice and menacing charisma to portray the ultimate cosmic enemy. This could be a multi-picture deal for Diesel with appearances in several Marvel films. Joss Whedon is currently writing Avengers 2.
Kingpin! The film rights to Daredevil are now back in Marvel’s control so they could be prepping a reboot of The Man Without Fear. Diesel has the acting chops, muscled body and wicked charm to play the Kingpin of Crime. Here’s my dream cast for a new Daredevil movie – I got kinda of excited about it as you can tell!
