Saturday, November 19th is the second Local Comic Shop Day across America. This event celebrates independent comic book specialty stores and their role as the foundation of medium.
More than 550 shops will join forces to offer unique comic book genre items from major publishers (Dark Horse, DC, Image, Marvel, Aftershock, Boom! Studios and Oni Press) that will only be available in the stores. Here’s a link to items available – some will be extremely limited and not all stores will have every item.
Find participating stores near you by searching here. We’ll be at our friendly neighborhood shop Zanadu Comics in Seattle, an iconic store more than 40 years in the Emerald City.
