DC Comics has been teasing an army of new villains coming to The New 52 – all with ties to Jason Todd’s past!
This week in RED HOOD AND THE OUTLAWS ANNUAL #1, fans saw were introduced The New 52’s take on the League of Assassins. Now DC reveals the League’s secret city.
