HENRY SIMMONS Joins MARVEL’S AGENTS OF SHIELD

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. recruits two television veterans for Season Two.

 

Kyle MacLachlan is joining as “The Doctor” with a connection to one of the agents.

 

Marvel announced Henry Simmons (NYPD Blue) joins the cast in the recurring

role of Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie, a mechanic in his 30s saying he’s inspired by the character that first appeared in NICK FURY VS. S.H.I.E.L.D. #3. In the series Mackenzie will be a mechanic in his 30s allying himself with Coulson’s team.

 

Simmons joins other new cast members Lucy Lawless as a S.H.I.E.L.D. veteran and Reed Diamond as this year’s villain.

 

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns September 23rd.
