Now The Pied Piper will appear.
TV Line reports that mid-season fans will see “Hartley, a onetime mentee of Dr. Wells’ who lost his hearing in an accident and now is out to wreak havoc with an invention of his own.”
In DC Comics Hartley Rathaway used his mastery of sonic technology to become a rogue known as the Pied Piper. Confirming the TV Line story – Pied Piper is one of the first openly gay DC villains.
