Fox moves full speed ahead its own cinematic universe based on the Marvel heroes it controls by locking down dates for Marvel’s First Family and fan-favorite X-Man.

The studio set June 19, 2015 as the date for Fantastic Four reboot and March 3, 2017 as the date for a sequel to The Wolverine and July 13, 2018 for a “Marvel mystery” film. X-Men: Apocalypse is already scheduled for May 27, 2016.

With Fox in control of the FF and X-Men – the mystery film could be a spinoff starring X-Force or a Fantastic Four/X-Men team-up movie. Jeff Wadlow was tapped to write a script for X-Force – no word on which version of the team will be the focus.

The Fantastic Four has been cast but the search is still on for an actor to play Doctor Doom. James Mangold will return to direct the sequel to The Wolverine.
