Producers of The Flash delivered a emotionally gut-punching, heartbreaking finale. The first season introduced Rogues, Grodd and Reverse-Flash among other classic DC villains and concepts. The cast and crew did justice to the legend of Barry Allen.
Here’s who we hope to see on The Flash Season Two to expand the DC Universe on The CW.
Old School Favorite Guest Star: Jay Garrick! Bring on the helmet! Let Barry Allen tap into the Speed Force and take him to Earth 2 for an adventure with the Golden Age Flash. Visitors from Earth 2 could give Barry a great new mentor, a way to bring the DC Multiverse to The CW DC shows and more code-naming opportunities for Cisco.
Supporting Cast: Ralph and Sue Dibny! I still can’t get over the heartbreaking end of this classic couple once known as the “Nick and Nora Charles” of DC in Identity Crisis. Ralph is also known as the Elongated Man for his ability to stretch but together the Dibnys are a charming, crime solving couple of super detectives. One of Ralph and Sue’s cases could bring them into The Flash’s path and this super couple could inspire Barry and Iris’s young love.
Villain: Mirror Master! Convict Sam Scudder stumbled into a mysterious hall of mirrors and learned to get into his own reflection. Scudder can travel through mirrors and trap his victims in them. Producers made us believe in Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Weather Wizard and the Reverse-Flash so why not the mad master of mirrors?
The Flash returns this Fall on The CW along with Legends of Tomorrow featuring more DC heroes.
