The Master of Magnetism rises again! Director Bryan Singer revealed a first look at Michael Fassbender as Magneto on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past via Twitter.
The sequel is set in 1973 and based on the classic comic book epic by Chris Claremont in which X-Men from the future try to change the past. The casts of X-Men: First Class and the original X-Men trilogy will appear in this film so Sir Ian McKellen is the film as Magneto.
It sure looks like Fassbender is on the set of what could be Professor Xavier’s School.
Evan Peters (American Horror Story) has been cast as Quicksilver, who is the son of Magneto in the comics but later reforms and joins the Avengers. No word yet on if his sister, Scarlet Witch, will appear in the film.
