Is a Spider-Man character Dead No More?

Marvel revealed new information and covers about their Free Comic Book Day issues.
Amazing Spider-Man writer Dan Slott now listed as co-writer of FCBD Captain America. Nick Spencer and Jesus Saiz were previously revealed as writers of the upcoming Steve Rogers: Captain America following the events of Avengers: Standoff. We knew the second story would be Dead No More. We’ve seen a Spidey-themed Dead No More teaser. With Slott and Javier Garron now listed on the FCBD Captain America issue fans are speculating longtime Spidey writer Slott is plotting the resurrection of a character from Peter Parker’s past.
FCBD Civil War II by Brian Michael Bendis pits Iron Man vs. Captain Marvel in the sequel of the classic epic that inspired the upcoming Captain America film. The original Civil War between superheroes stayed on planet Earth except for the Negative Zone prison. On the new cover by Jim Cheung (AvX, AXIS, Infinity) Thanos if under attack by War Machine and Captain Marvel. It appears the action in the new superhero showdown may not stay on Earth. Captain Marvel is now the new head of S.W.O.R.D. in command of Alpha Flight and a space station. You may remember Thanos invaded Earth in the Avengers Infinity event in an attempt to find a kill his son Thane who living among an Inhuman tribe. Thanos may be involved in the conflict because of his devotion to Death. Marvel revealed an iconic character will die in the event. The Mad God of Titan may become involved if he arrives to witness the death.
The second story is an All-New, All-Different Avengers story by Mark Waid and Alan Davis and introduces an All-New Wasp.
