Enter the Dragon…Richard Dragon!

Here’s what DC Comics Editor Bob Harras says about the new version of the classic character from the Batman mythos who will debut in Green Arrow:
“Someone is trying to take down the current mob structure in Seattle. Today, I can tell you that that someone is Richard Dragon, who’ll declare himself as the city’s kingpin after he gets rid of the city’s top mob bosses. While Oliver is off dealing with Komodo, The Outsiders, and plenty of island drama, Richard Dragon is taking advantage of having an Archer-less Seattle by quickly asserting himself as the city’s most evil mastermind. Imagine the surprise, then, that Oliver will face when his story returns him to Seattle in 2014 to find a full-out gang war going on! While Richard Dragon doesn’t have any superpowers, he’s an expert at all forms of combat.”
The New 52 Richard Dragon makes his debut in Green Arrow #23.
Dragon was created by the legendary Dennis O’Neil and became the sensei and trainer of The Question, Oracle, Huntress.
