The mutant reunions continue in Amazing X-Men #8 in this preview from Marvel. Following the return of Nightcrawler, an all-new arc begins in issue 8 from new creative team Chris Yost and Craig Kyle.
In World War Wendigo Colossus returns to find Kurt Wagner back from the dead and the team faces not one but an outbreak of man eating monsters from the Great North. Alpha Flight guest stars as Wolverine and the X-Men must fight this army of Wendigo.
Back to Colossus – the Russian X-Man was recently part of Cable and X-Force after a bitter split from the mutants following Avengers vs. X-Men when Peter was one of the Phoenix Five. No official word on if Peter will stick around but here’s hoping.
Amazing X-Men #8 from Yost, Kyle and artist Ed McGuinness storms into comic book shops June 4th. You may remember Yost and Kyle from their run on New X-Men and X-Force.
