Suit up S.H.I.E.L.D. fans!
Emerald City Comicon gets one of the biggest stars of the Marvel universe for next year’s big event.
Clark Gregg is the latest celebrity guest to join the roster of stars at the biggest pop culture event in the Pacific Northwest. Gregg is best known as Agent Phil Coulson from Iron Man, Thor, The Avengers and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
This is Gregg’s first Comicon appearance but he’s appeared at the Seattle International Film Festival including one with The Avengers director Joss Whedon
for the opening night film, Much Ado About Nothing. We spoke with Gregg that year – the same week the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. series was officially put on ABC’s schedule. Gregg appeared at this year’s festival with a film he directed.
It’s just one of many connections between the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Seattle festival. Gregg will be appearing Friday and Saturday only. Emerald City Comicon is March 27-29, 2015. You can buy passes here.
