DC Comics announced Matt Nable (Riddick, The Killer Elite) has been cast as Ra’s Al Ghul on The CW series Arrow. The super villain was mentioned in Season Two but will be the main nemesis for Season Three.
Ra’s Al Ghul is the immortal leader of the League of Assassins from Batman comics and producers describe this version “as proud and unforgiving, Ra’s is a ruthless strategist, a master of martial arts, and a shaper of history. Producers of The Flash are staging a Prison Break reunion. Dominic Purcell has been cast as Mick Rory aka Heat Wave according to The Hollywood Reporter Heat Vision. Purcell will appear in the tenth episode.
Wentworth Miller is playing Leonard Snart aka Captain Cold in the second episode.
Hayley Atwell returns as Peggy Carter in Marvel’s Agent Carter, a new television series. Captain America’s lost love will have two new men in her life.
Marvel announced Chad Michael Murray (“Fruitvale Station,” “One Tree Hill“) will play SSR Agent Jack Thompson and Enver Gjokaj (“Dollhouse”) will portray Agent Daniel Sousa. Carter meets both operatives when she takes on a new role at the SSR in New York City. “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” continues Peggy’s story after the event of Captain America: The First Avenger.
