THE WALKING DEAD Kirkman on Daryl and Future Gay Character

The Walking Dead creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman set the record straight on a popular character and teased what’s ahead on The Talking Dead after the mid-season finale.

After a fan asked about Daryl Dixon Kirkman discussed the asexuality of the character and went on to say the character was straight but he and the network would not have had a problem if the character was gay.

Kirkman went on the tease “a gay character from the comics” would be appearing in the second half of the season.

Clark Gregg is the latest celebrity guest to join the roster of stars at the biggest pop culture event in the Pacific Northwest. Gregg is best known as Agent Phil Coulson from Iron Man, Thor, The Avengers and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
