The stage for change is being setting as Kal-El searches for a Super League. The Last Son of Krypton is finally repowered but taken damage than any hero deserves and Tomasi wraps up The New 52 era.

Tomasi reunites with Batman and Robin artist Patrick Gleason for the new Superman book but the Superman family of titles will be very different starting in June.

CAPTAIN JACK Returns In New TORCHWOOD Comic By JOHN BARROWMAN

Captain Jack is back in an all-new Torchwood comic by John Barrowman.

Titan Comics announced that Doctor Who spinoff Torchwood will return in an all-new ongoing comic series starring the dashing Captain Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper.

The new book is written by Captain Jack himself, John Barrowman, and Carole E. Barrowman, and with issues illustrated by Antonio Fuso and Pasquale Qualano.

The new adventures are in continuity with the new hit Torchwood audio dramas from Big Finish and as part of the official continuation of the Torchwood saga. The new comic arrives in stores on July 6, the week of Titan’s third annual Doctor Who Comics Day event – Saturday, July 9, 2016. CLOAK AND DAGGER Television Series

Cloak & Dagger are getting their own television series.

The heroes will star in Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger with a straight to series order on Freeform according to Variety. The network (formerly ABC Family) is owned by Disney and is more geared toward a younger audience.

The article describes the series as “a superhero love story.”

In the comics Tyrone Johnson and Tandy Bowen were teen runaways from very different lives who met on the streets of New York City.

The runaways were experimented on by a scientist trying to create a new synthetic drug for a major crime lord. The experiments gave them incredible powers. Tyrone gained powers of teleportation, have a ghost-like intangibility and ability to access the “darkforce” dimension. To hide his new appearance he hid in a cloak. Tandy gained the ability to create “daggers” of light which could heal people and cure addictions. RIDDLER Changes the Game on GOTHAM

Mad Grey Dawn may be our favorite episode of Gotham so far.

Producers cut the gore and violence and turned up the mind games and heartbreak as Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) emerged as the series most intriguing villain.

This episode could be hailed as the true “Birth of the Riddler” it felt like a twisted-filled finale with huge impact on Jim, Lee, Harvey, Bruce and Penguin.

FINN JONES Officially IRON FIST

Marvel makes it official:

Finn Jones will star as Danny Rand in Marvel’s Iron Fist, the fourth collaboration between Marvel and Netflix which will lead to a team-up series with Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist called The Defenders.

In comics Rand travels with his family to the mystical city of K’un L’un where he is adopted by the city’s ruler and trained in martial arts and gains the power of the Iron Fist. Rand goes back to America to reclaim his family’s empire and start a career as a costumed hero. Iron Fist became best friends and partners with Luke Cage in Heroes for Hire.

According to the official series description: Daniel Rand, who returns to New York City after being missing for years. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

“Danny Rand is a very complicated character.
