Gotham introduced classic Batman villains Professor Hugo Strange, Mister Freeze, Azrael and The Order of St. Dumas last season with Rise of the Villains and Wrath of the Villains.

Heroes Will Fall in Season Three.

DC shared the Gotham Season Three sizzle reel first seen at San Diego Comic Con with a major recap of last season’s madness that capped with the resurrection of Fish Mooney, the unleashing of multiple monsters from Strange’s lab and the introduction of the Court of Owls.

Here’s the recap and new footage from the upcoming season premiere with the ominous declaration: All Will Be Judged.

The Court of Owls will emerge as  bigger threat in the new season after behind a sinister behind the scenes force who wanted Bruce Wayne’s parents dead.

The Spirit of Vengeance roars into the missions of Agent Coulson when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for Season 4.

Marvel announced Gabriel Luna (True Detective) will join the cast as Robbie Reyes during a presentation at San Diego Comic-Con.

Who is Robbie Reyes?

He is the Ghost Rider, the Spirit of Vengeance.

In comics Reyes was the third man to become Ghost Rider, who becomes bonded to a demonic spirit with a flaming skull head, super powered physical abilities and vast supernatural powers…sporting black leather and a car that’s literally hell on wheels. GOTHAM: HEROES WILL FALL Season Three Preview

At San Diego Comic Con Fox revealed the theme of Gotham Season Three and three new videos featuring Jim Gordon, Harvey Bullock and Alfred Pennyworth with the ominous declaration: Heroes Will Fall.

The new season picks up after the huge finale that introduced The Court of Owls, a Bruce Wayne doppelganger, the resurrection of a now super powered Fish Mooney and an army of Professor Hugo Strange’s monstrous science experiments which may include Killer Croc and Jerome (the non-Joker but possible inspiration for the eventual Joker.)

Jim Gordon and Alfred Pennyworth face mystery intruders while Harvey Bullock is on the attack in these behind the scenes videos.

LUKE CAGE, IRON FIST And DEFENDERS Video Teasers

Marvel and Netflix shared first looks at their new series Marvel’s Luke Cage and Marvel’s Iron Fist and a teaser for Marvel’s Defenders at San Diego Comic Con.

Spinning off Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Mike Colter returns as Cage in his own series.

“After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable Cage becomes a fugitive who attempts to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But soon he is pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city – forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.”

Finn Jones will play Danny Rand, billionaire orphan raised in a mystical city who returns to reclaim his life and fight crime as Iron Fist. A huge event is rocking the Marvel Universe and fans of all ages.

It centers on the Hulk.

It’s hit me in heart of all that’s geeky in me.

You see Hulk/Bruce Banner is a huge part of my life. The Green Goliath is a hero I’ve worshiped since childhood. I love Bruce Banner equally.

Uncanny X-Men was my first comic book I picked up in the grocery store racks.

But when Mom and Dad gave me a chance to have my first comic book subscription, I chose The Incredible Hulk.

You may be asking why in world did I choose this image with the Hulk in the background to lead off my tribute? Yes, that’s a polished Hulk at a bachelor party with a few familiar friends. (All in good time!)

X-MEN TELEVISION PILOT From FOX & MARVEL

The X-Men franchise is evolving into a new television series on Fox.

The network has made a put pilot commitment on a new X-Men series from writer Matt Nix (Burn Notice) according to Variety. Nix will be executive producer in the partnership between Fox and Marvel Television including X-Men film franchise veterans Bryan Singer, Lauren Shuler Donner, Simon Kinberg and Marvel Television’s Jeph Loeb and Jim Chory.

Fox and Marvel reached an agreement to produce Legion and Hellfire series to air on FX. In the comics Legion is the son of Professor X. The Hellfire Club are old enemies of the X-Men. The Hellfire project is not moving forward according to Variety. Legion will arrive in early 2017 on FX.

CAPTAIN JACK In New TORCHWOOD Comic Debuting at SDCC

Breakout Doctor Who companion Captain Jack is back in a new ongoing Torchwood comic book series co-written by John Barrowman.

BBC Worldwide and Titan Comics announced the new series will debut at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, with special guests including Captain Jack himself, John Barrowman, and Carole E. Barrowman.
