BRANDON ROUTH Joins ARROW As ATOM

Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) will play another DC Comics superhero. Routh will join the cast of Arrow as scientist Ray Palmer (The Atom) next season according to TV Line.

Here’s a first look at Henry Cavill in costume as the Man of Steel from the upcoming Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice from USA Today.

 

Are those rain-soaked rooftops from Metropolis or Gotham City?

 

The super-powered sequel is now filming in Detroit.

 

Cavill is back as the DC Comics icon ready to take on Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and the vigilante who will become his greatest ally.

Bryan Singer revealed what looks like the page one of the script treatment for X-Men: Apocalypse.

 

It looks like Singer’s first post on Instagram. If this is the case it could be the director is switching social media forums. ANDY SERKIS On AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Role

Andy Serkis (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Lord of the Rings) is a motion-capture consultant on Avengers: Age of Ultron and Star Wars VII and now reveals he has an expanded role in the Marvel sequel according to Variety.

 

“The Imaginarium is the performance capture consultant, and I’m playing a role in both films. On The Avengers, I’ve been working closely with Mark Ruffalo,” Serkis said.

GUARDIANS 3000 Brings Back DAN ABNETT

The original Guardians of the Galaxy are back in brand new series from Dan Abnett and Gerardo Sandoval.

The current cast of the hit comic book series and upcoming Marvel movie are the new generation of heroes to have the moniker.

The original version of the team were survivors of a massive war who banded together in the 31st century against the Brotherhood of the Badoon.

Vance Astro, Starhawk, Charlie 27, Yondu and Martinex unite against new threats in the future Marvel Universe.

Matthew Vaughn gave X-Men: First Class a sense of 1960’s James Bondian intrigue mixed with mutant drama. Vaughn directed Kingsman: The Secret Service, the new espionage film based on the comic book series by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons.
