WONDER WOMAN Looks for New Director

Warner Brothers is now looking for a new director for the Wonder Woman solo film. Michele MacLaren has left the project citing creative differences according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad veteran producer/show runner was announced as director of the Warner Brothers film back in November.

Gal Gadot will reprise her role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as the Amazon warrior. Gadot is scheduled to appear in the two-part Justice League films.

Olivia Munn is mutating from comic book and gaming geek to a full on X-Woman.

Bryan Singer announced Olivia Munn is playing Betsy Braddock in X-Men: Apocalypse via Instagram.

Betsy Braddock becomes the telepathic ninja known as Psylocke.

In comics Betsy is a British model and sister to Captain Britain. In the 90’s Betsy’s body was transformed into that of an Asian woman and she began to focus her telepathic power into a psychic knife and katana as she became a martial arts master. The reboot twists past, present and future but did this latest trailer already reveal the film’s big twist about the big bad?

Arnold Schwarzenegger will as the Terminator with Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) as the new Sarah Connor, Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) as John Connor and Jai Courtney (Divergent, Suicide Squad) as Kyle Reese – the man sent back in time to save Sarah and become father of Connor.

But as you will see – prepare to have everything you know about the Terminator franchise blown up like it’s Judgement day!

Spider-Man will swing back to Marvel as part of an agreement with Sony. The rebooted Spidey will appear in a Marvel movie before a new Spider-Man movie from Sony/Marvel in 2017.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed a teenage Peter Parker in high school will be the star but don’t expect to see another origin story.

NEW SPIDER-MAN MOVIE REBOOT

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige untangles the web of rumors about the upcoming Spidey reboot.

Sony and Marvel reached an agreement to share the fan-favorite hero. Spidey will first appear in a Marvel Cinematic Universe film then Marvel and Sony will work together on a new Spider-Man film for 2017.

ARCHANGEL In X-MEN APOCALYPSE

Director Bryan Singer revealed Archangel will be appearing in X-Men: Apocalypse via Instagram.

“Always happy to share some cool stuff with my favorite film magazine @empiremagazine more to come on their April 30th issue.”

Ben Hardy (EastEnders) has been reported to be playing a young Warren Worthington. The film will have new actors playing younger versions of Jean Grey, Cyclops, Storm and Nightcrawler since it’s set in the 1980’s.

The reveal by Singer is clearly showing the Archangel version of the character. In comics Warren lost his mutant feather wings and Apocalypse gave him metal wings that shot blades and remade him into one of his Four Horsemen as seen in this image from X-Factor #86. Behold The Vision.

Marvel revealed a full look at Paul Bettany as the iconic android in a new Avengers: Age of Ultron poster.

Bettany voiced Tony Stark’s J.A.R.V.I.S. in four earlier Marvel films and materializes on screen as The Vision.

In comics, Ultron creates the red-faced android to infiltrate and destroy the heroes from within but he turns on his creator and became a fan-favorite member of the team.
