Chewbacca #1 Sometimes you get what you wish for! At a Marvel Emerald City Comicon panel, I asked for a Chewie solo book even if the word balloons were just grunts and growls. I think we’ll see more from writer Deadpool writer Gerry Duggan and artist Phil Noto as Chewie gets a new sidekick on a new planet but familiar Imperial trouble.

New Avengers #1 Hanging out on Avengers Island with a rebel team (Sunspot, Cannonball, Squirrel Girl, Wiccan, Hulkling, Hawkeye and Songbird) by Al Ewing and Gerardo Sandoval. ALIENS: DEFIANCE At NYCC

Those acid-blooded Xenomorphs are back.

One woman fights to save Earth from the most horrific monsters in science fiction history in a brand new Aliens series from Dark Horse Comics.

At the Dark Horse: CLASSIFIED! panel at New York Comic Con, writer Brian Wood (The Massive, Rebels) and artist Tristan Jones (Mad Max: Fury Road, TMNT) were announced as the creative team on Aliens: Defiance. The new ongoing series comes just in time to celebrate the anniversary of Aliens.

The secret history of two legends of the Jedi will be revealed in 2016.

Marvel announced Star Wars: Obi-Wan and Anakin #1 at New York Comic Con.

Dark Horse Comics is taking sci-fi fans back to Pandora is a brand new comic based on AVATAR, the number one movie of all time.

At New York Comic Con 2015, Dark Horse Comics with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment announced that AVATAR, will expand into the world of comic books in anticipation of the three upcoming film sequels.

SUPERHERO MOVIE LINEUP with MARVEL Phase Three Changes

Marvel makes room for an Ant-Man sequel while pushing other Phase Three movies back.

The Carol Corps will have to wait a little longer for Carol Danvers to soar in a Captain Marvel movie and the Wasp becomes the first Marvel heroine to get in the title of a film.

Ant-Man and The Wasp is the official follow-up set for July 6, 2018 and the studio announced new dates for other heroes.

We’ve seen the Days of Future Past but what about the near future for the cinematic X-Men?

Producer Simon Kinberg is enjoying the blockbuster success of The Martian now an  Star Wars: The Force Awakens on the horizon while working a series of X-Men movies. Three X-films are coming out in 2016.

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Sequel & Phase 3 Update

The cinematic adventures of Ant-Man will continue with his famous partner co-headlining the sequel.

Marvel announced Ant-Man and The Wasp for July 6, 2018. The sequel will mark the first Marvel film named after one its heroines.

Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) will return for a new adventure following the blockbuster success of Ant-Man.

WHO COULD BE JOKER OF GOTHAM?

Bruce Wayne created Batman to be a symbol but the role of the Dark Knight but the cape and cowl eventually come back to Wayne.

Is the Joker closer to being what Bruce intended for his alter ego?

I’ve been thinking about this after watching The Last Laugh, this week’s theory shattering episode of Gotham.

Azrael, Dick Grayson and now Jim Gordon have been the Batman but it’s always back to Bruce.
