Marvel makes it official: Ryan Coogler will direct Black Panther.

The acclaimed director of Fruitvale Station and Creed will bring the first mainstream comic black super hero to the big screen.

RUSSOS Reveal How Many Characters in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Avengers: The Infinity War Parts I & II is the grand finale of the Marvel Universe movies with heroes united against Thanos. This is the big one that’s been building on the mythology of the Infinity stones and the Gauntlet that the cosmic villain has been searching for in the films.

MARVEL’S MOST WANTED Pilot On

Mockingbird and the Mercenary are ready to fly.

The on-again, off-again Agents of SHIELD spinoff is on.

ABC Television President Paul Lee confirmed a pilot order for  Marvel’s Most Wanted at the Television Critics Association according to Deadline.

The potential series will star Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood as S.H.I.E.L.D. operative Barbara “Bobbi” Morse and her ex-husband, mercenary Lance Hunter.

Morse is known by her code-name Mockingbird and will star in her own new ongoing comic book series by novelist Chelsea Cain this Spring. In comic Morse is the ex-wife of Clint Barton aka Hawkeye. Continue reading MARVEL’S MOST WANTED Pilot On

MARVEL KILLS MAJOR CHARACTER IN CIVIL WAR II

Marvel will kill off a major character in Civil War II. Brian Michael Bendis and David Marquez will craft the big event sequel.

A new report reveals a different Captain will lead the opposition against Iron Man and a major character’s death leads to the war. The author got the opportunity of a Marvel fan’s dream: go inside the famous Marvel creative retreat!

The character’s death is a result of the top-secret Marvel editorial summit reports New York Daily News. Vixen will roar again!

The CW announced Vixen will have a second season on CW Seed.
