X-MEN Resurrection Reveals GHOSTS

So much for most of my theories on the one word teaser for Resurrection.

It is a new arc of X-Men by Brian Wood and Kris Anka. It promoted a 3-issue arc called Ghosts according to Comic Book Resources. The new arc follows Muertas which introduces a new Sisterhood of Evil Mutants led by a newly redesigned Lady Deathstrike and non-mutant villains (Enchantress, Typhoid Mary) in her squad.

New MS. MARVEL Revealed

Mighty.

Muslim.

There’s a new Ms. Marvel coming to the Marvel Universe and she’s a teenager from New Jersey. The New York Times revealed Kamala Khan is a 16 year-old Muslim girl whose family is from Pakistan. LONGSHOT Returns!

X-Factor is over for now but the odds are in favor of Longshot fans! The luck powered hero from another dimension already had a new job: saving the Marvel Universe!?

Longshot Saves the Marvel Universe #1 by Christopher Hastings and Jacopo Camagni arrives this week.

I’ve been a huge fan of Longshot and highly recommend the original limited series by Ann Nocenti and Arthur Adams. I like having Longshot in the mix with the X-Men but he’s not a mutant. The Marvel one word teaser machine cranked up again with this ominous one word in fiery colors signaling something new in the All-New Marvel Now coming in February 2014.

AMAZING X-MEN Return of Nightcrawler

One of the most beloved X-Men (and my personal favorite) is still dead.

Kurt made the ultimate sacrifice to save Hope Summers in the Second Coming epic because he had faith she could save the mutant race.
