So much for most of my theories on the one word teaser for Resurrection.

It is a new arc of X-Men by Brian Wood and Kris Anka. It promoted a 3-issue arc called Ghosts according to Comic Book Resources. The new arc follows Muertas which introduces a new Sisterhood of Evil Mutants led by a newly redesigned Lady Deathstrike and non-mutant villains (Enchantress, Typhoid Mary) in her squad.

The all-female X-Men will face an enemy blames the mutants for nearly killing her. So who could that be? Continue reading X-MEN Resurrection Reveals GHOSTS

Longshot Saves the Marvel Universe #1 by Christopher Hastings and Jacopo Camagni arrives this week.

I’ve been a huge fan of Longshot and highly recommend the original limited series by Ann Nocenti and Arthur Adams. I like having Longshot in the mix with the X-Men but he’s not a mutant. I always thought Longshot would be a great addition to the Avengers or out of the shadow of other team and become a solo star. Continue reading LONGSHOT Returns!

One of the most beloved X-Men (and my personal favorite) is still dead.

Kurt made the ultimate sacrifice to save Hope Summers in the Second Coming epic because he had faith she could save the mutant race.

But death never stopped the return of a fan-favorite hero!

Jason Aaron takes on a second X-book to go in search of Nightcrawler in Amazing X-Men #1. Continue reading AMAZING X-MEN Return of Nightcrawler
