Marvel revealed a new Original Sins series starring Deathlok, Young Avengers, Inhumans and more heroes will accompany the Original Sin big event series.

 

Original Sins is a 5-issue story featuring the fallout from secrets revealed in Jason Aaron’s Original Sin – which focuses on the search for who killed The Watcher.

After a year of Doc Ock as Superior Spider-Man – Peter Parker is coming back to become the Amazing Spider-Man.

 

Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos bring Peter back in Amazing Spider-Man #1. Editor Nick Lowe is new to the Spidey team after leading the X-Men books.

The upcoming Batman-themed series Gotham will include the genius Edward Nygma who will become the Riddler.

 

Warner Brothers and DC Comics announced Cory Michael Smith has been cast as Nygma – described as a “brilliant young forensic scientist working for the Gotham PD with a penchant for speaking in… rather cryptic language. Fox unveils the first television spot for X-Men: Days of Future Past.

 

Featuring the voice of Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart) the spot shows the apocalyptic future in which mutants are in a losing war with robots called Sentinels.

 

The story is based on the classic story by Chris Claremont in which the X-Men of the future send one of their own into the past to change destiny.

 

With plenty of action from new mutants (Blink, Sunspot) and favorites like Wolverine here’s the spot:

SPIDER-MAN 2099 New Series

Spider-Man 2099 is back in his own solo series. Peter David created Miguel O’Hara back in the 1990’s as part of Marvel’s 2099 future line (which included X-Men, Punisher and Doom 2099.)

 

O’Hara came into our present in the pages of Superior Spider-Man last year. David will spin new stories of O’Hara in the Marvel Now with artist Will Sliney with covers by Simone Bianchi.
