GREG RUCKA Launches CYCLOPS Ongoing

Young Scott Summers is blasting off in a new series by Greg Rucka.

 

It was revealed in All-New X-Men #23 that Christopher Summers (aka the space pirate known as Corsair) is alive. Summers was believed to be killed by his own son- Gabriel (aka Vulcan) in the X-Men: The Rise and Fall of the Shiar Empire. Scott left the All-New X-Men to join his father’s adventures in space with the Starjammers.

Original Sin #1-8 is a murder mystery with cosmic level consequences by Jason Aaron (Wolverine and the X-Men, Scalped, Southern Bastards) and Mike Deodato (New Avengers.)

The Watcher is dead.

Uatu’s eyes are stolen along with his collection of alien technology, artifacts and secrets.

Marvel’s biggest heroes split up to solve the case but the killing of the ancient alien is just the beginning.

DC Comics goes into the future with a new weekly series by an all-star creative team. The New 52 Futures End by Dan Jurgens, Jeff Lemire, Keith Giffen and Brian Azzarello kicked off on Free Comic Book Day with a free zero issue.

 

In an apocalyptic future Bruce Wayne sends Terry McGinnis back in time to prevent the enslavement of the Justice League and most of humanity. The story picks up 5 years from the present as Batman Beyond takes the lead to reshape destiny. This is The New 52 debut of Terry/Batman Beyond.

Two acclaimed X-Men creators unite for a brand new epic starring the Children of the Atom.

 

Writer Mike Carey teams up with artist Salvador Larroca for X-Men: No More Humans, an original graphic novel out this week.

 

Carey joined the X-Men writing team after the Decimation, when Scarlet Witch utter the words, “No More Mutants” sending homo superior on the road to extinction.

 

The X-Men prevailed but now face a similar moral dilemma in this original story following the events of Battle of the Atom.
