Marvel announced the release dates when you can bring Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
The super sequel starring Chris Evans will be available early on Digital 3D and HD August 19, and on 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray, DVD and On-Demand September 9, from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment.
The second chapter in the Captain America series teams up Steve Rogers, with Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and new ally Sam Wilson aka The Falcon (Anthony Mackie) as they battle The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) and uncover a conspiracy within S.H.I.E.L.D. that even takes down Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson.)
The game-changing movie shook up the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe with a huge impact on Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
From the descriptions it appears there will not be a Marvel One-Shot film with this new release.
