Anarky makes his New 52 debut in Detective Comics #37 the first chapter of the next arc after the two-part Terminal.
Creative team Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato revealed new art and the story behind their Anarky arc at the Batman Gotham Rising panel at New York Comic Con.
The team’s next arc starts with a murder and the arch-villain offers Gotham City a choice.
As you can see by the NYCC preview art – Batman will face the Mad Hatter in the story too.
