Spoiler Alert!

If you do not want to know about the huge plot twist of Batman Incorporated #8 then do not keep reading!

Seriously!

OK!

Here it comes:

Joker raised a big question in the horrific Death of the Family storyline. It’s a debate that divides Batman fans. DC Comics and Grant Morrison have answered the question for us…for now.

Is Batman better as a loner?

Are Bruce’s friends and allies just complications that keep him from staying on mission?

Damian Wayne dies this week. The second Robin to die. Damian may be resurrected – after all he’s the grandchild of Ra’s Al Ghul.

Will DC replace Bruce Wayne’s son with a new Robin? Who could possibly take over the role of the Boy Wonder?

1. Stephanie Brown? The Pre-New 52 heroine known as The Spoiler has a huge fan base. Stephanie was the daughter of a supervillain but yearned to prove herself to be worthy of being Robin. Bruce made Stephanie his Girl Wonder just to make Tim Drake want the job as his sidekick again. Stephanie was killed but in The New 52 relaunch it was revealed she once was Batgirl in the pre-New 52 and is in limbo after an appearance in Batman Incorporated: Leviathan Strikes. Stephanie Brown would be a popular choice with fans.

2. Tim Drake? Could the Teen Titans’ Red Robin join Bruce? Peter Tomasi confirmed Drake will in upcoming  issues of Batman and Robin but Tim will not be the book’s new co-star.

3. Cassandra Cain? The deadly daughter of David Cain and Lady Shiva was once Batgirl and went by the Black Bat identity in the pre-New 52 but has yet to appear in The New 52 continuity.

4. Harper Rowe? The girl who saved Batman in Scott Snyder’s first arc will return to the book in the aftermath of Death of the Family. Harper is a young girl who grew up in the Narrows and saved Bruce during the Court of Owls storyline. This fan favorite new creation by the popular team of Snyder and Greg Capullo is the most likely character to become Robin.

5. No Robin – Batman is better off a loner?

What’s  your vote?

Who else could be Bruce’s sidekick?

My prediction: Harper will be the new Robin within a year!
