Harley Quinn and Power Girl reunite in their own new series after the hilarious success of a team-up in last year’s Harley solo book.
It’s just one of several female driven series hitting comic book shops this week including Black Canary #1and a new arc for Diana in Wonder Woman #41.
Harley Quinn writing team Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with Justin Gray are joined by artist Stephanie Roux. It’s the second new seres from Conner & Palmiotti who launched Starfire last week.

Superman is facing the Truth now in the DC Comics June books. The story is shattered the Man of Steel’s status quo. Clark Kent is no more after Superman’s secret identity was exposed.
The iconic superhero lost his powers and he’s on the run from everyone who wants revenge. The famous costume and cut is no more as a buzzed cut hero still wears the “S” symbol of hope on his shirt but the classic cape and costume are gone as he must dodge enemies.
It looks like the Batman (with the cape and cowl) is back this fall?

DC Comics shared a first look inside Justice League of America #1
The biggest heroes star in a new tale by legendary creator Bryan Hitch who writes and draws JLA: JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA #1, with inks by Daniel Henriques, Wade Von Grawbadger, and Andrew Currie.
Issue #1 starts with “The League receiving mysterious invitations to meet at a local power plant. After some speculation they soon realize it’s a trap pinning them up against a classic foe. Then The League comes up against an armada of aliens heading for Earth that claims to be a peaceful religious tribe. But something sinister is lurking in their ranks…something with ties to ancient Krypton.”
This is a huge month for DC with major relaunches including new looks for Superman and Wonder Woman and someone else in a new Batsuit.
The DC Comics relaunch continues this week with DC power women in new books and new arcs.
