There’s still a ton of mystery about the conflict and villains in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice which comes out in 2 months. Director Zack Snyder is revealing more about the surprise villain of superhero showdown. In the most recent trailer it appears Lex Luthor creates the monstrous Doomsday using the corpse of General Zod.
The fight between the DC icons brings in Wonder Woman and leads to the two-part Justice League film. Who will Snyder and the Warner Brothers team pit against the super team?
Tomorrow’s finale is the final battle with Doctor Doom on Battleworld that leads to the current All-New, All-Different Marvel Now reality set eight months after the conclusion. In Jonathan Hickman’s final chapter, Reed Richards, Namor and Black Panther are leading the fight against “God” Doom who created Battleworld in the remnants of Marvel’s dead multiverse.
In Civil War II by Brian Michael Bendis, Iron Man and Captain Marvel will lead opposite sides over a new character who can see crimes before they happen and how heroes should use this ability. Marvel makes it official: Ryan Coogler will direct Black Panther.
The acclaimed director of Fruitvale Station and Creed will bring the first mainstream comic black super hero to the big screen.
