Arrow on The CW begins a fourth season with new enemies, allies and looks in a new city
Earlier this summer Stephen Amell showed off the new costume for Oliver Queen.
Queen’s future as the Arrow was uncertain at last season with Oliver literally driving off into the sunset with Felicity Smoak. Ollie’s suburban bliss will be shortlived as a new threat emerges in “Star” City.
New costumes, new heroes, new villains and a mystical turn of events bringing a DC legend to Arrow’s world.

Two supernatural characters are conjured up for the new season: Neal McDonough joins the cast as Damian Darkh and Matt Ryan reprises his role as John Constantine.
