In Justice League of America #4 – Catwoman was shot in the head by a mystery assassin dressed in purple and walking with a cane – sure looked like the Riddler! Selina was a target of the new Secret Society of Super Villains and yes, Selina was working with the good guys on the new Justice League of America.
The ongoing Catwoman series has not been cancelled or put on hiatus. The death of Robin was highly publicized but the killing of the femme fatale was a surprise. Selina’s comeback has already been hinted at!
Selina Kyle’s possible death and resurrection could be tied to the Trinity War – an upcoming crossover between Justice League, Justice League of America and Justice League Dark and headlined by supernatural characters like the Phantom Stranger and Pandora!
