As the arc progresses will the citizens of Gotham let Batman save them from Anarky?
Anarky was co-created by Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle in the first volume of Detective Comics. Lonnie Machin was a child prodigy with a radical philosophy. The villain was obsessed with overthrowing established governments as a way to improve social conditions for all. The foe even has a brief solo series in the late 1990’s.
