The march to Mockingjay Part One begins. The final book in The Hunger Games trilogy will be split into two films.

 

The studio released a chilling viral video with an ending that could send shivers in the hearts of fans.

 

Jennifer Lawrence (X-Men: Days of Future Past) returns as Katniss Everdeen but the new video features the villainous President Snow (Donald Sutherland) addressing his citizens via Capitol TV with a special guest by his side in the final moments.

Karen Gillan (Doctor Who, Oculus) will play the villain Nebula in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy but she may have her sights on another Marvel role…a hero.

 

“I want to play a version of Spider-Man that’s a lady,” Gillan told SFX.

 

When the interview wanted to confirm Spider-Woman or Spider-Girl Gillan responded.

Marvel announces an all-star creative roster for a new anthology celebrating 75 years of stories.

 

Legendary and current superstar creators like Stan Lee and Bruce Timm, Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos, Len Wein and Paul Gulacy, James Robinson, Tom DeFalco, Stan Goldberg, Scott Hanna, and more will be part of the Marvel 75th Anniversary Special.

It’s the 25th Anniversary of Batman. Director Tim Burton and Warner Brothers changed modern comic book movies with this 1989 film.

 

Michael Keaton was the Dark Knight. Controversial but perfect casting.
